IMPORTANT: Include your order number in the filename of the zip or pdf you are sending.

Regulations

1. All descriptive texts must be in English. Older drawings (sections, schemes, etc.) may contain other languages; redrawing is not required, but project intent should be understandable.
2. Format: A3, landscape, PDF.
3. Maximum file size: 100 MB.
4. Maximum length: 25 pages. Export as pages, not spreads.
5. The portfolio will be published. Do not include sensitive information unless you agree to its publication (email, phone, etc.).
6. Minimum font size: 10 pt.
7. Clearly distinguish your own work from group projects. For group work, state your role (concept, graphics, etc.). Present only what you personally produced.
8. Hero Image: select one image from your portfolio without fonts as the hero image (jpg, min 2000px by longer side). Add this image to the submission as a separate file.
9. Again: Don’t forget to add the order number to the filename of your submission, so we will be able to associate your registration with your portfolio.

Tips

1. Show only your strongest work.
2. Prioritize projects you authored or led.
3. Use examples that demonstrate range and versatility.
4. Articulate your values or position; a short reflective text is welcome.
5. You may include other interests (arts, natural sciences, etc.) where they inform your thinking.
