2026 Landscape and Architecture / 2026 Public Projects / Israel / Built in 2023 /
The structures were designed and engineered by ASB GlassFloor, a Germany based specialist company, represented locally by Tpoint, led by Yossi Fiksman.
The project comprises four enclosed courts unified under a single continuous roof, forming an integrated system with a total built area of approximately 800 m². Each court provides approximately 70 m² of net playing area, with a clear internal height of around 6 meters, creating a spacious and immersive environment.
The courts were manufactured in Germany and assembled on site in Israel. They are constructed with a steel structural framework, fully enclosed with high performance, impact resistant glass, ensuring durability, safety, and maximum transparency.
Each court features a floating glass floor characterized by low maintenance requirements and high performance, enabling both optimal play conditions and long term operational efficiency.
A smart, computer controlled lighting system, integrated with an advanced sound system, enhances the overall user experience and allows for atmospheric flexibility.
Each court is equipped with an independent climate control system, providing optimal playing conditions throughout the year, regardless of weather or season.
The courts operate as fully digital environments, supported by a dedicated mobile application. Through the app, users can reserve court time, control access, activate air conditioning, and play personalized music playlists, enabling a seamless and user centric experience.
The transparent design creates a unique spatial condition in which players feel simultaneously indoors and outdoors. This visual permeability not only enriches the player’s experience but also engages passersby, attracting curiosity and activating the surrounding public space.
