Hanneke Kijne is head of the Landscape Architecture department of the Academy of Architecture in Amsterdam. In 2019 she founded MORE landscape. She was project leader and head designer for various HOSPER projects and one of the owners of HOSPER from 2006-2019. Besides that, she is a member of the “beauty commission” of the city of Utrecht, and member of the board of the NHBos stichting. In september 2018 Hanneke Kijne gave her inaugural speech at the Academy of Architecture in Amsterdam. This speech was published: ‘MORE landscape, the need for a new perspective’ .
