The Valley, Phase 1 by InSite International

The Valley is an inland residential community located in about 30minutes from Downtown Dubai. Developed in 4 phases each with their own distinct character and community typologies, the Valley master plan is approximately 670ha all linked by a nearly 65ha linear park. This linear park stretches for 7.5km and provides pedestrian, cycle and micromobility connectivity throughout the entire development.

Phase 1 of the master development, begins the ambitious network of linear parks via a strong central spine that creates an array of amenities including Urban Golf, Golden Beach, Urban Gardens, Yoga decks, large green lawns, and in later phases, Kids Education Dale, as well as Sports zones. The central park and recreation space absorbs much of the active amenities, while the public realm design within the connected neighbourhood communities of the Valley become more focused on providing a calm and welcoming home-space laced together with a naturalistic sikkas connecting community open spaces.

Upon entering the central shared zone, the landscape provides a comforting mixture of mounding and flowering plants, with functional areas for relaxing, gathering or exercising. All with easy access back to the villas, homes and retail amenities via a path network that allows quick travel to properties.

While the communities are designed to be imbued with the unifying sense of place of the vision of The Valley, they each have their own special unique features that are special to their particular intent.
The communities offer bustling community hubs with gym, events rooms, changing facilities, and even splash pads for kids next to large swimming pools that that cater to both family and independent lifestyles.

The Valley’s ambitious vision has always been to build a truly special place for it’s residents and visitors that not only accommodates the comfort of home life, but also the joy of discovery that is possible in the place you choose to live.
This is merely the first phase of the larger development that is being occupied and enjoyed already by residents. The best landscape design is still to come for the next phases of The Valley.
